Winch House encourages participation of all members of the community by offering a variety of programs, education opportunities, occasional child care and activities to meet the needs of the local community.
MANAGEMENT
Winch House is governed by a Committee of Management, whose members are drawn from the community which it serves. A paid Manager co-ordinates all the functions, services and activities that run out of the neighbourhood house. We rely on volunteers from the community to help support the Committee and Manager, so if you would like to donate some time, have a look at our VOLUNTEERS page.
VISION
The vision of Winch House is to support and develop diverse opportunities for community engagement.
FUNDING
Winch House is a non-profit organisation and receives funding from the Surf Coast Shire, State Government ACFE and DPDC bodies and is a member of the Association of Neighbourhood Houses & Learning Centres and Barwon Network of Neighbourhood Houses. See our USEFUL LINKS page.
