ROOM HIRE

Winch House has a number of rooms for hire for community group activities, conference meetings or training.  See more info at our ROOM HIRE page.

SECOND HAND BOOKS

We have a small number of donated second hand books available for borrowing to the local community.  More donations are always welcome.

TOOL LENDING

We have a small number of electrical tools, lawnmowers and trailers available for hire.  Contact Winch House reception for rates and how it works.

COMMUNITY BUS

The community bus is available for hire including child/baby restraint seats.

Shopping Trips  -  To ease the pressure of driving, parking and traffic, the community bus takes shoppers from Winchelsea to Geelong, returning via Waurn Ponds and back to Winchelsea.

Cost:      Approximately $7.00 (if 10 passengers)

BABY ON BOARD

With funding from the Winchelsea Early Years Network, we have been able to install anchor points into the community bus and have purchased baby seats and toddler car seats.  These are for hire on the community bus.  With a gold coin donation, families are able to contact Winch House to have the community bus collect them for Jump Into Story and Coordinated Playgroup activities.  See CHILDRENS ACTIVITIES page.

OCCASIONAL CHILD CARE

Winchelsea Occasional Childcare provides a safe and nurturing learning environment for all ages from six weeks to six years.  We aim to give parents a short break and for the children to gain new friends and more challenging experiences. Winch House is a non-profit organisation, with funding from DPDC, ACFE and Surf Coast Shire to support the community.  See more information on our CHILD CARE page.
